Test equipment RFP - pilot

We has Ixia and Spirent in our datacenter for a few days (June 2006) to prove to us that they could provide us with what we need for new test equipment.

So far we'd been using hardware and software from Agilent, Ixia and Spirent plus a selection of freeware tools like Iperf. We needed something more substantial and standardised on a European/Enterprise scale.

(RFP = Request For Proposal)
