woofdog – Cisco will not help with swapping dates, trust me I asked. The only way is for one person to release their seat and the other person to pick it up as soon as it becomes available. Charging money for lab seats is ridiculous as there is no guarantee of someone else stealing the seat as once released the seat is publicly available. Let me repeat the fact that there is no means of reserving or transferring a lab seat and Cisco will not swap seats for you.

how exactly do people swap lab dates while still charging them $$?

can u shed some light on the mechanics of swapping a lab date between two people?

do they time it so one releases it and assumes Cisco makes it available immediately?

Or do they contact Cisco first and pre-arrange it?
